If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy rather than this one.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond and to meet our professional and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Where we are engaged as your legal advisers, retention is governed by our engagement terms.

Your Rights
